Helicopter Island

The island is also called Helicopter Island because its limestone cliffs resemble that of a helicopter when it is viewed from a considerable distance. Helicopter Island or Dilumacad Island has a beautiful white sand beach stretching to some 300 meters that is ideal for picnic lunches during island hopping trips. There is an underwater tunnel at its northern side and a fringing reef on its southern end.

NAIA Terminal 3



NAIA or Ninoy Aquino International AirportTerminal 3. The Ninoy Aquino International Airport or NAIA,also known as Manila International Airport is the airport serving the general area of Manila and its surrounding metropolitan area. Located along the border between Pasay and ParaƱaque, about seven kilometers south of Manila proper, and southwest of Makati, NAIA is the main international gateway for travelers to the Philippines and is the hub for all Philippine airlines. It is managed by the Manila International Airport Authority or MIAA, a branch of the Department of Transportation and Communications.

Inside NAIA



Inside NAIA or Ninoy Aquino International Airport. NAIA is the only airport serving the Manila area. However, in practice, both NAIA and Clark International Airport, located in the Clark Freeport Zone in Angeles, Pampanga serve the Manila area, with CIA catering mostly to low cost carriers that avail themselves of the lower landing fees than those charged at NAIA. In the long term CIA is set to replace NAIA as the primary airport of the Philippines. The airport is named after the late Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino, Jr, who was assassinated at the airport in 1983.

Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte


Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte is a white sand beach. Crystal blue water makes Pagudpud a haven for tourists. Maira Ira Point is also an emerging attraction with its secluded beach known as the Blue Lagoon, as well as kilometer long Saud Beach. 

Mount Arayat


Mount Arayat


Located at the municipality of Arayat, Pampanga, Luzon Island, Philippines, Mount Arayat is an extinct volcano. The Mount Arayat can be viewed from the SCTEX. There is no recorded eruption of the volcano and its last activity probably dates to the Holocene era.

There is a folklore that it is considered a mystical mountain, the legendary home of Sinukuan or the Fairy known as diwata Mariang Sinukuan but in ancient Kapampangan as well as the research known to have been gathered by Henry Otley Beyer, it was and is the abode of Apung Sinukuan, rival of Namalyari of Mount Pinatubo, who is in varying versions, the son of Cargon Cargon who was mortally wounded in a fight with a giant from the Zambales Mountain Range which is said to be the home of Apu Namalyari.

Kapurpurawan Rock Formation


Kapurpurawan Rock Formation found in Poblacion, Burgos, Ilocos Norte is one of the most beautiful sites in Ilocos Norte. It derives from the Ilocano root word Puraw which means white. It is much whiter during April and May. It is the only natural white rock formation in the Philippines.

The Kapurpurawan rock formation is located on the rocky coast of Burgos, Ilocos Norte. Burgos is located on the northwestern tip of Ilocos Norte. It is known for its creamy white and streamlined limestone formations, which have been sculpted by different oceanic and weather forces. 

Portabaga Falls


Portabaga Falls is one of well known falls and is known as one of the notable sights of Cagayan, being one of the tallest in the entire Cagayan Province. About 15 meters or 41 feet high, the waterfall has 3 drop off points. At the bottom of the falls is a huge catch basin that was constructed for swimming.

Naidi Hills Lighthouse


Naidi Hills Lighthouse in Basco, Batanes is an amazing view of scenery. Located at the Northern most of the Philippines, going to Batanes is like going to totally different place. The place filled with greeneries are amazing.

Basco is located on Batan Island, the second largest island among the Batanes Islands which comprises the province, and are the northernmost islands of the Philippines. Basco has a domestic airport, Basco Airport, serving flights from Manila and Baguio.

Calumbuyan Island




Calumbuyan Island in Coron , Palawan. Few hours from the town of Coron and a boatride away is the Calumbuyan Island. Upon afar, you will see this island with lots of trees and bakawan or trees that dwells in water. A white sand beach and with a view of other islet within the area, the place is also best for snorkeling. 

Many tourist stop over by this island to enjoy the nice beach, snorkeling site and for lunch. With bahay kubo or nipa hut , you can stay over night in this island.

Mystical Cave


Mystical Cave in Antipolo. This interesting large cave is just about 20 kilometers from Manila at the back side of Antipolo. It is being maintained by Inday Nelly who, guided by a prophetic dream from her childhood, bought the large parcel of land land of 450 hectares where the cave is located back in 1970.

The cave is actually already developed for site seeing so to speak. Steps have been constructed at the cave entrance, the cave floor has been filled with earth to level it substantially and rudimentary electric lighting has been introduced into the cave for the tourists. Thus, it may no longer be a spelunker's choice destination but it still is a very good destination for educational field trips.

The cave has a rather predominant religious influence. Numerous natural rock formations in the cave have been interpreted as religious figures and said to have healing powers. Much like how mystical Mount Banahaw attracts pilgrims, people go to this mystical cave to heal themselves.

Paniqui Town


Paniqui Town in province of Tarlac. With a population of 83,311 people, Paniqui is a first class municipality. Paniqui is situated between the towns of Gerona in the south and Moncada in the north.

Paniqui came from the word paniki which means bat in Tagalog. The town has a feature of caves that house a population of bats, it is also the Birthplace of former President Corazon C. Aquino.

Katibawasan Falls




Measuring a good 256 ft. high, the Katibawasan Falls in Camiguin flow to a rock pool bordered by ground orchids, wild ferns, trees and boulders.

Upon seeing the waterfalls, you will be amaze of how beautiful the sight could be. With water falling freely, plants and trees all around the place, clear water, you will feel that you are in your own world.

Basco Airport

Basco Airport Terminal in Batanes, Philippines. The airport is one of the hubs of Sky Pasada. It is located in the provincial capital, Basco, and is one of two airports in the Batanes Islands, the other being Itbayat Airport. The airport is classified as a Class 2 principal or minor domestic airport by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines,  a body of the Department of Transportation and Communications that is responsible for the operations of not only this airport but also of all other airports in the Philippines except the major international airports. Although the airport in the past was briefly served by international flights, the airport is not officially classified as an international airport.

Mahatao Lighthouse

Mahatao Lighthouse or Tayid Lighthouse in Batanes, the northernmost province in the Philippines. Located in Naidi Hills in Barangay San Antonio, the lush green hills and the open sea provide a beautiful backdrop for the lighthouse. 

The structure is a 6 story building with a gallery or viewing deck on the fifth floor. Located next to the 66 feet tower is a dwelling of vernacular architecture. Traditional Ivatan houses are made with stone or rubble masonry.

The viewing deck is a perfect location to view the whole of Batan Island from end to end, including Mount Iraya. One can also have a clear view of Sabtang Island in the south of Basco and Itbayat Island to the north.

Vigan Bell Tower


The most beautiful bell tower in the Philippines, Bantay Belfry or Vigan Bell Tower. Just one minute away from Vigan in Ilocos Sur.

Banana Island



Coron is a small town located at the northern tip of Palawan.it serves as gateway to the Calamianes Group of Islands with white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, rich marine life and limestone and cliffs. One of the most favorite destination is Banana Island.

One must travel around two hours via boat. The travel would seem too long but it is worth it. The island is rustic that would surely give the visitors a simple but genuine taste of relaxation.the powdery whit sand and coral reefs around the island are almost pristine. The island provides nipa huts with fan rooms situated at the beachfront.
